Product Manager - IFS - Remote - Global

We are looking for a hands-on, AI-native Product Manager (Product Manager 2.0) to lead the evolution of IFS.ai Logistics as we move to an agent-first, AI-native product operating model. The role involves owning product definition and delivery for AI-driven optimization capabilities, working directly with customers to explore and validate logistics decision-making workflows, and actively pushing engineering teams to deliver high-quality, trustworthy, production-ready AI systems. The candidate will use modern AI tooling for rapid prototyping, creating lightweight demos and experiments to validate workflows, explore decision-making, and reduce risk before engineering investment. The role requires leading discovery for agent-based and AI-first capabilities, working with LLM-powered planning, agent interactions, simulation, and synthetic data. Responsibilities include roadmapping, delivery, and ensuring AI features are production-grade, with success measured by outcome-driven roadmaps, validated prototypes, and customer trust. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in software product management, experience in SaaS and logistics, proven prototyping skills, and a strong understanding of AI and engineering teams.
