We are recruiting warehouse workers for our client in Niittykumpu, Espoo, to work in a food warehouse. Tasks include voice-controlled picking, packing, goods receipt, and forklift work. A comprehensive orientation will be provided for all tasks. Depending on the worker's skills and interests, there may be opportunities to perform other duties. All warehouse tasks require a hygiene passport and a forklift license, which we can arrange if needed. The salary consists of a production bonus and a fixed component according to the Retail Sector Collective Agreement. Currently, the base salary under the collective agreement is between 13.33 and 15.26 euros per hour, depending on your work and training history. With a proactive and motivated work attitude, you can earn several euros per hour in addition to the production bonus. We will explain the structure and formation of the production bonus during the interview. REQUIREMENTS Good physical condition and enthusiasm for practical work Carefulness and ability to work quickly Ability to work independently and as part of a team Finnish language skills and being of legal age Work is performed in night shifts (10 PM – 6 AM) in a room-temperature and cool warehouse. The work begins in day shifts in July, and from August onwards, shifts will be night work. The position is a fixed-term contract for one year, but high performers may have the opportunity for a long-term employment.
