We are looking for an experienced foreman for demanding renovation tasks for our client company. Our client is an established, financially stable, and long-standing operator specializing in renovation construction in the Varsinais-Suomi region, offering a solid foundation for your career development. The work focuses especially on building renovations and commercial and retail space refurbishments. As a foreman, you will independently oversee construction projects at sites. Your role is central to the success of projects, from planning to execution. You will be responsible for ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met, and you will lead daily site operations professionally. Successful performance in this role requires: - Strong and diverse experience with various renovation projects. - Excellent skills in supervising and organizing workers and partners. - Ability to act responsibly and proactively on-site. We expect from you: - Relevant construction education (e.g., construction foreman or civil engineer). - At least 5–10 years of experience in supervisory roles in renovation construction. - High work motivation and a positive attitude. - Excellent communication skills to facilitate smooth cooperation with different stakeholders. - Initiative and ability to make independent decisions. - Valid driver’s license. - Fluent Finnish language skills, as Finnish is the working language.
