Do you enjoy physical work and take pride in your craftsmanship? Join us as a precast concrete worker at the Rudus concrete product plant in Kurikka! Your tasks will vary according to production needs and your own skills, offering a versatile overview of the element manufacturing process. Your workdays may include, for example: - Equipment and casting work for concrete elements - Assembly and dismantling of casting molds - Finishing tasks for elements In this role, you will get to use your manual skills and see the results of your work immediately. Expectations and requirements: - The work is physical in nature, so we expect good basic fitness and genuine motivation for production work. - Previous experience in similar roles or from the construction industry is considered an advantage! - Legal age - Fluent Finnish language skills The position is fixed-term, and you will be paid a competitive salary at least in accordance with the Construction Product Industry collective agreement (TES) / salary request. Working hours are regular (weekdays 7:00–15:30), allowing for a smooth daily routine. Work starts immediately upon finding suitable candidates. Although the position is initially fixed-term (until the end of September), a successful worker has the opportunity to continue employment thereafter.
