Job Description
Would you like a job where you can see the tangible results of your work at the end of the day? We are now looking for motivated maintenance technicians. You will maintain and repair equipment as part of a skilled team, learn new skills, and develop through hands-on work. The company manufactures specialized equipment and systems, and is responsible for the sales, design, assembly, and maintenance of its products comprehensively. More detailed information and organizational details will be provided in subsequent discussions. Work and work environment The work is practical and emphasizes teamwork. The position is located in a specialized maintenance unit, where daily tasks include servicing equipment, troubleshooting, and repairs. The work scales with your skills, and you can develop into more responsible roles. You will work in modern, well-equipped facilities with good transportation links. The company values providing a safe and meaningful work environment where tasks are carried out efficiently. The work begins according to an agreement, and immediate start is possible. The working hours are flexible day shifts, starting between 6 and 8 a.m., with a weekly total of 40 hours. You will have access to an hourly bank for flexibility, and the salary depends on experience and skills, with an approximate range of €15–€19 per hour. The position is permanent and long-term. Who is suitable for this position? This role is suitable for someone who enjoys practical work and wants to understand how equipment functions. We hope you have previous work experience in automotive, machinery, or heavy equipment sectors, along with relevant education. Additionally, we value initiative, a solution-oriented attitude, and interest in maintenance of machines, engines, and valves. The working language is Finnish, and the environment may have various odors, such as diesel, but the facilities are well-equipped and ventilated.
