The Tritonia Library is a separate institute of the University of Vaasa, providing library and information services as well as open science services to the university, Vaasa University of Applied Sciences, and Yrkeshögskolan Novia's Vaasa and Jakobstad units. We are seeking a director responsible for developing and leading Tritonia Library. The position is permanent, starting in September 2026 or as agreed. As Library Director, you will oversee the library's operations, finances, and strategy implementation, playing a key role in supporting research, teaching, and learning. You will lead the development of research and teaching support services, promote digital and open science services, manage staff, develop skills and well-being, handle budgeting and resources, and collaborate with university/organization leadership and national/international networks.
