Machine Operator for Outdoor Work - Suomen Henkilöstöasiantuntijat Oy - Pälkäne, Finland

We are looking for a motivated and proactive machine/tractor operator for our client company for a permanent position in the Pälkäne area. In this role, you will work on agriculture, road maintenance, and outdoor area care of properties. The main machines used are tractors, wheel loaders, and possibly trucks. During the summer season, work focuses on outdoor and lawn area maintenance, including tasks such as mowing with ride-on or push lawnmowers. Additionally, tasks include installing traffic signs. In winter, work mainly involves mechanical snow plowing and gritting of property yards, roads, and highways. Maintenance tasks for machines and equipment are required year-round if experience is available. We expect from you: Previous experience in tractor driving Experience in snow plowing and gritting Proactive and independent work attitude Good teamwork skills B driving license and access to own car We consider it an advantage: C driving license Valid professional competence Machine maintenance skills Due to seasonal nature, flexibility in working hours is desired.
