Job Description
About the position As a quality expert, you will be responsible for the overall development and maintenance of quality management systems. You will play a key role in the certification and auditing of management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001). The role involves significant personal responsibility, personnel management within the quality function, and close work with customers in daily operations. Responsibilities In this role, you will develop and lead our company's quality management system from the ground up, responsible for maintaining ISO standards and implementing new systems. You will play a central role in maintaining high quality and strong customer satisfaction in our international operations. In brief, you will: - Be responsible for the maintenance and development of quality management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) - Lead development projects within quality management systems - Actively participate in daily quality work and certifications - Manage internal and external audit processes - Ensure customer and stakeholder requirements are met - Function as a manager for one person in the quality team We are looking for someone who has: - Strong technical competence - Previous experience in quality management or HSEQ tasks - Fluent knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written) - Fluent knowledge of English (spoken and written) - Good knowledge of Finnish (spoken and written) It is an advantage if you have: - Experience with FMEA methods - Knowledge of HSEQ management - Project management skills - Knowledge of ISO 14001 standard - Knowledge of ISO 45001 standard - Knowledge of ISO 9001 standard - Experience leading a small team Our recruitment process This recruitment process is managed by Academic Work, and our client requests that all questions regarding the position be sent to Academic Work.
