We are looking for a proactive and self-initiating construction assistant for our client in Tampere. As a construction assistant, you will perform various supporting tasks at construction sites. The sites vary, so tasks may differ depending on the location and phase of the project. This role provides an opportunity to gain experience in the construction industry and learn from more experienced professionals. The sites are mainly located in the Tampere area, but you may also work in nearby municipalities if desired. Your tasks may include: Carrying and organizing construction materials, Maintaining site cleanliness, Demolition work and installing protective measures, Assisting professionals with various tasks. To succeed in this role, you should have: Previous experience from construction sites; construction education is a plus, Diligence, independence, and good physical condition, Valid occupational safety card; hot work permit is a plus, Ability to use a car is an advantage. The salary for this position is approximately €12-14/hour, depending on experience, plus additional allowances such as travel reimbursement. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with workdays from 7:00 to 15:30. The start date will be agreed upon once a suitable candidate is found.
