Construction Supervisor - YIT Oyj - Turku, Finland

We are looking for experienced construction supervisors for alliance projects and lifecycle projects in Turku. If you are a seasoned professional in construction work, join our team working on diverse and interesting projects. We are building a vocational school at Taito-kampus in Kupittaa as part of the alliance project, which involves over 300 professionals creating a new urban environment. Additionally, we are constructing seven high-quality, healthy, and safe daycare centers for children and staff in Turku. As a construction supervisor, you will lead and supervise your team, manage subcontractor phases, and oversee planning, scheduling, and safety. You will be responsible for your area’s planning, scheduling, and budget, ensuring safe and timely execution. We value excellent safety culture, and as a supervisor, you will set an example in safety management, planning, and daily operations. Requirements include suitable construction education (civil engineer or construction foreman) and at least five years of supervisory experience in commercial construction. You should be customer-oriented, organized, financially aware, problem-solving, and able to lead projects to completion. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential. Why YIT?
