The work typically includes sealing and painting, requiring at least two visits with a minimum billing of 3 hours per visit. This position is suitable for a versatile professional seeking extra work. There are 3 to 10 jobs per month. The work can be scheduled flexibly, as long as arrangements are made with the resident. Success in the role requires previous experience in construction work and an independent, proactive attitude. Salary is based on the construction sector collective agreement and your experience.
