We are looking for a Bid Estimator for our top team in the Helsinki metropolitan area. You will succeed in this role if you have: a relevant technical education (e.g., HVAC engineer, technician, or extensive industry experience) experience in HVAC or especially ventilation bid calculation skills with various systems good spoken and written Finnish language skills ability to work independently and collaboratively accuracy, organization, and solution-oriented mindset customer-oriented thinking resilience under pressure and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Your tasks will include: analyzing requests for quotes and interpreting documents preparing cost estimates and bid calculations collaborating with designers, sales, and project management pricing materials and subcontractors conducting cost comparisons developing the bid estimator role We especially value if you have experience in a similar role and are development-oriented by nature.
