The Movement Daycare Onnelit is looking for a resource worker in early childhood education. Onnelit Daycare is seeking a warm, flexible, and professional childcare worker for their team. You should have over two years of experience in early childhood education and a qualification in education or as a practical nurse in early childhood education. Nature and Movement Daycare Onnelit is a small daycare that values outdoor activities, collaborative work, and individual interaction with children. We offer an environment where both children and adults can thrive. Job Tasks As a resource worker, you will serve as an additional resource for the entire daycare. Your responsibilities include: - Supporting children with intensified support during scheduled times - Guiding small groups and children’s groups - Assisting children in daily activities - Working flexibly where help is needed - Collaborating with other staff to create a safe and joyful daily environment The working hours are 20-32 hours per week, scheduled according to the applicant and the daycare’s needs.
