ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking experienced ServiceNow developers to strengthen our client companies' expert teams. The role involves developing, maintaining, and continuously improving the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with business units, IT services, and other stakeholders to ensure ServiceNow supports organizational processes and goals effectively. Requirements include at least five years of development experience in a dedicated ServiceNow environment, deep knowledge of ServiceNow including integrations, end-user portals, ITSM module, CMDB structure, and data model, as well as understanding of IT infrastructure services and ITIL processes. Fluency in Finnish and English is required. Certification in ServiceNow CSA and at least one of ServiceNow CAD, ServiceNow CMDB, ServiceNow Flow Designer Fundamentals, or ServiceNow Virtual Agent Implementer is also required.
