Job Description

We are seeking a SECRETARY for a permanent position. You will serve as a secretary within the central administration's secretarial services. Your diverse and responsible role includes administrative and financial preparation and secretarial tasks. Your duties will involve financial reporting, invoicing, coding of purchase invoices, as well as financial planning and documentation. Additionally, you will prepare applications for various authorities. Other tasks related to financial administration may also be assigned by the employer. The permanent secretary position is located within the central administration's secretarial services unit. The qualification requirement for the role is a professional qualification in the relevant field and sufficient experience in related tasks. We value initiative, flexibility, good digital skills, teamwork ability, and a service-oriented attitude. Knowledge of municipal administration, ability to work independently, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to development are considered an advantage. Salary is based on KVTES. The start date is negotiable. A six-month probationary period applies to the position. Before accepting the position, the applicant must provide an acceptable medical certificate of health.
