Join a multidisciplinary team for the summer, where well-being is at the core. We are seeking practical nurses for the summer in the Kimitoön-Parainen area. Your tasks As a practical nurse, you will work with a rehabilitative approach with the elderly in various units providing rehabilitation and assessment services. The goal is to support clients' independent living at home. The work is diverse and based on individual plans and goals. Your responsibilities include implementing rehabilitation plans, providing basic and medication care, daily documentation, and preparing care/service plans. What we expect from you We expect a rehabilitative approach and a desire to work with the elderly, a valid LOVe medication license, familiarity with the RAI assessment system, and good IT skills. The role requires proficiency in Finnish and Swedish. You also need a driver’s license and access to a car. The eligibility requirement for the position is a professional qualification in social and health care (practical nurse) or an earlier school-level qualification in the field, along with a valid registration in JulkiTerhikki and JulkiSuosikki registers. Students are also considered. To work with us as a practical nurse, you must have completed medication administration studies and have 120-179 competence points from practical nurse studies or 90-139 points from nursing studies.
