Production Worker for 3-shift Work - Talent ValtaGroup - Tampere, Finland

Production worker – join a growing industrial team! We are looking for a proactive and independent production worker for hose assembly tasks in Tampere for our client. This job is suitable for someone comfortable with tools, not afraid of hands-on work, and physically capable. The tasks include assembling hoses at your own workstation, manual work, standing tasks, partly physical, requiring precision and carefulness. Experience with shift work, a proactive attitude, and curiosity to learn new skills, are valued. The work mainly involves craftsmanship, standing, physical tasks, and attention to detail. We expect vocational qualification in machinery, metal industry, or construction, interest in manufacturing, initiative, positive attitude, and willingness to work in 2- and 3-shift schedules. Previous experience is an advantage but not necessary. We offer a 6-month fixed-term employment with potential for permanent position, starting immediately, with salary based on experience and collective agreement, in a stable industrial environment.
