Job Description
We are looking for a new sales assistant for our Kajaani store on a permanent basis. The role involves providing high-quality customer service, understanding customer needs, and offering suitable solutions from Elisa's product range. The work includes face-to-face customer interactions, phone contacts, and participating in events outside the store. The position is full-time with flexible hours, including weekends, with a base salary of 14.50 €/h plus performance bonuses. The role requires good communication skills, proactive attitude, and the ability to adapt to changing situations. Finnish language skills are essential, and other languages are a plus.
