Candidates should have 3+ years of risk analysis experience, deep knowledge of credit risk patterns, proven mitigation strategies, understanding of business models, strong communication skills, and familiarity with chargeback processes. Nice to have skills include SQL, financial underwriting, cross-functional projects, and policy development.
