HVAC Maintenance Technician, Data Center, Trane Finland Oy - Adecco Finland Oy - Helsinki, Finland

We are seeking a permanent HVAC maintenance technician in Helsinki. As an HVAC maintenance technician, you will primarily be responsible for servicing, commissioning, and maintaining high-capacity cooling systems, especially in critical environments such as data centers where cooling is essential for operations. The work is expected to start around September-October. The work is customer-oriented and mainly takes place at customer sites, including regular maintenance visits and emergency response situations. The work is practical and varied, emphasizing good communication skills, initiative, and responsibility. Your main tasks will include building and maintaining good relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues; overseeing the commissioning and maintenance of HVAC equipment; diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems at customer sites; performing maintenance, equipment replacements, and system upgrades; collaborating with industry professionals; participating in comprehensive technical training on the latest HVAC equipment. Requirements include technical education or higher degree in HVAC, refrigerant certification (A1 or Y3) and other necessary permits (electricity permits S3-S1), experience in servicing and maintaining chillers; experience in data center environments is an advantage, fluent Finnish and English language skills, valid driver’s license and right to work in Finland, genuine interest and motivation to develop as a refrigeration technician, good communication skills and ability to work with people.
