About the role As an Account Executive, you will manage the end-to-end sales process and acquire new clients within the manufacturing technology sector. Your main focus is selling Aurora Live's services to technology companies, solution providers, and R&D leaders. You will help clients optimize their sales and marketing operations through specialized services, focusing on modern solutions like OT, IoT, Automation, Robotics, and Sustainability Management. You are offered: You will join a diverse international community with colleagues from over 50 nationalities. This position offers a comprehensive four-week onboarding program and continuous training through the international AL Academy. Work tasks: The role involves driving revenue growth by selling specialized digital solutions to the manufacturing industry, requiring a deep understanding of both the technology and the local market culture. - Identify and close new business opportunities within the manufacturing sector - Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to final deal closure - Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key industrial stakeholders - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product offerings with client needs We are looking for: - Good track record in B2B sales, specifically in trade fairs, exhibitions, or event sales targeting solution providers who serve manufacturing sector in i.e. Operational Technology, IoT, Automation investments, sustainability management, AI and Machine Learning related solutions, and/or alike. - Full professional proficiency in German AND English. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Results-driven with a proven ability to exceed sales targets. - Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
