Responsibilities
- Lead execution across product management, engineering, and design teams to build excellent, data-driven project plans and schedules.
- Drive process improvements to increase team effectiveness and velocity.
- Own dependencies, invent and simplify challenges, and push towards the right outcome.
- Track risks, issues, and roadmaps, and communicate clearly.
- Build trust with senior leaders by aligning priorities and providing timely updates.
- Lead by example with thoroughness, detail, and customer care.
- Work with technical staff across software and hardware engineering.
- Help teams capture and improve process and architecture documentation.
- Communicate regularly with teams in Seattle, Scottsdale, Vietnam, and Finland.
Requirements
- 7+ years professional experience in leading and managing system/software delivery
- At least 2 years in a technical program management role
- Proven success with project management including Agile SDLC, risk management, dependency tracking, and status communication
- Experience owning and driving large, ambiguous technical software programs
- Ability to learn quickly and reduce ambiguity
- Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, influencing, and team building
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
