We are currently seeking a practical nurse to strengthen our warm and skilled home care team: In home care, you provide clients with safety, care, and responsible presence in their own homes. You will work in diverse environments and implement comprehensive nursing care together with the client, relatives, and a multidisciplinary team. Your work emphasizes strengthening clients' resources, supporting participation, and a rehabilitative approach. You will have meaningful work where you play an important role in our clients’ daily lives. You will be part of a multidisciplinary and encouraging team, with whom you will not be alone. You will have opportunities to develop your professional skills in various nursing tasks and will receive good orientation and ongoing support. The job requires a driver’s license and the ability to use your own car. The qualification requirement for the position is a professional basic degree in social and health care (practical nurse) or an earlier school-level degree in the field, and a valid registration in JulkiTerhikki and JulkiSuosikki registers.
