Job Description

Linnansuoja Oy provides high-quality child protection services. We are looking for a responsible supervisor for a permanent position at Linnansuojan Kruunu. The start date is 1.7.2026 or according to agreement. The qualification requirement is a Bachelor of Social Services (AMK). We seek a responsible supervisor who shares our values, including respectful interaction, supporting the participation of children and their families, and a desire to work in the challenging field of child protection. At Kruunu, assessment and rehabilitation of the child's situation are carried out through multidisciplinary work with safe and present care and supervision, in collaboration with experts involved in the child's and family's daily life and the broader network. Employees receive 24/7 support from their supervisor. As an employer, we offer occupational health services and Mehiläinen's digital clinic services 24/7, opportunities for continuous professional development, and support from a multidisciplinary team, including regular team days and supervision. We value good communication skills, a flexible and respectful approach to clients, a desire to develop and improve, good written skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team. Applicants are expected to have at least 2 years of experience in substitute care within child protection. A driving license is essential.
