The Epic Applications Coordinator will bring 4+ years of experience in Epic applications, with a strong background in managing day-to-day operations, client stakeholder relationships, and collaboration with offshore teams. This role demands both technical proficiency and excellent communication skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality support and enhancements in a dynamic healthcare environment. The Epic Application Coordinator will be responsible for collaborating with the Avanade team, the software vendor team, and the client. Key Responsibilities include acting as a SME for EpicCare workflows, managing support activities, liaising with stakeholders, leading offshore teams, maintaining documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and security policies, participating in team meetings, and supporting other clinical applications.
