We are now looking for motivated and eager-to-learn employees to join Danfoss' team in Vaasa for frequency converter assembly. In this role, you will build modern devices in a tidy work environment alongside experienced colleagues. The tasks are varied, and you will work with cutting-edge technology. As your skills develop, there is an opportunity to move into more demanding tasks such as quality control, product development, or supervisory roles. Previous experience in production is an advantage but not necessary. The most important qualities are a good attitude and willingness to learn. We also expect you to be prepared for shift work and to commit for a longer period. The job involves 2-shift work, but 3-shift readiness is also considered an advantage. On some production lines, Finnish language skills are not required if you speak English well. If you do not have Finnish or an EU/EEA country citizenship, please note that the position requires a valid work permit that allows working in this role without restrictions. The employment contract is permanent with Barona Teollisuus Oy. The work is offered on average 3-5 days per week.
