Registered Nurse, Tyks General Medicine Departments B1 and B2, Loimaa - Varsinais-Suomen hyvinvointialue - Loimaa, Finland

The position is a temporary assignment from August 10, 2026, to January 31, 2027. We are flexible with the start date. Our departments provide comprehensive inpatient care and follow-up rehabilitation for patients from various specialties, including neurological, orthopedic, internal medicine, and elderly patients. We are specialized in acute and rehabilitation care. Our departments also care for palliative patients and serve as a support unit for home hospital contracted patients. Working in our department is diverse, and as a nurse, you will participate in activities such as daily medication administration (including IV medication), assessing care needs, planning and implementing care, and multidisciplinary teamwork. Our patient care is managed by a multidisciplinary team, in which you, as a nurse, will contribute your professional expertise. The work in the department is mainly three-shift work, but you will have the opportunity to participate in the planning of work shifts (collaborative shift planning) within the framework of shared team rules. For each new employee, we allocate a sufficiently long orientation period, taking into account their background and work experience. We hope you are eager to develop in your profession, possess good communication skills, adaptability, and flexibility. Up-to-date medication competence (LOVe) is an advantage, but don't worry; we will provide opportunities to obtain medication competence licenses at the start of employment. The qualification requirement is a license as a healthcare professional under the Act on Healthcare Professionals (559/1994) or, for nursing students, at least 170 ECTS credits.
