Hello, you trained practical nurse interested in childcare! Would you like to help families in their daily routines? Are small babies especially close to your heart? We are currently recruiting childcare providers for family home care in the Kirkkonummi area. Job description: You will work with children and their families in various childcare activities at the families' homes. Your workday may include outdoor play and indoor activities with children, or trips to nearby libraries, engaging in fun activities with children in the family’s home and surroundings. You will handle routine family tasks according to the families' wishes. Our clients include different families, both small and large. The workplaces are located at the families' homes in Kirkkonummi. We are looking for caregivers for all types of families, especially those with infants. You should have experience in caring for young children and infants, and be able to guide parents in challenges they face, such as breastfeeding, sleep routines, or recognizing the needs of the baby. You should also be confident in caring for newborns. We value genuine interest in childcare work and commitment to assigned clients. You can decide how many clients you want to work with. We expect from you: - Practical nurse qualification - Good Finnish language skills: communication with clients is in Finnish - Experience in childcare with different children, good interaction skills, positive attitude, and commitment to work - Reliability and flexibility - Skills in caring for infants and working with children with special needs are an advantage - Valid medication licenses are a plus - Genuine interest and enthusiasm for the work, and the ability to genuinely connect with families. You will receive orientation at the start of the job. The selected candidate must present a criminal record extract according to section 6, paragraph 2 of the Criminal Records Act.
