Job Description
We are seeking a highly proactive and resilient Analyst to support a critical pay data collection initiative on a 6‑month temporary contract. The role involves extensive outbound outreach, including cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach, to collect compensation and pay-related data from external companies. The candidate must be confident in phone communication, able to handle rejection, and work independently in a target-driven environment. A bachelor's degree is preferred, but relevant practical experience is also valued.
