Job Description
A leading supplier of heavy construction equipment and machinery is seeking a proven Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and develop client relationships across a defined regional territory. This role offers autonomy, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to make a measurable commercial impact, with key responsibilities being to manage and grow a portfolio of customers, develop long-term client relationships, drive sales across products, services, and solutions, deliver consultative recommendations and presentations, achieve revenue and growth targets, and track pipeline and activity using CRM systems. Applicants will need to demonstrate at least 3 years’ proven experience in capital equipment field sales, ideally construction machinery or related, a strong track record of revenue growth and relationship building, excellent communication and negotiation skills, comfort presenting solutions to clients, and willingness to travel across a regional area.
