Job Description
Varuboden-Osla Cooperative is seeking a proactive, customer-oriented, and initiative-taking Shift Manager for Hesburger in Hanko for summer employment! Hesburger, known as Finland's largest burger chain, offers an excellent opportunity to develop your leadership skills and work as part of a dynamic team during the busy summer season. Our family restaurant Hesburger emphasizes clean, fresh, and high-quality ingredients, and we are now looking for team members with supervisory skills who want to help ensure smooth daily operations and serve delicious food to our customers. What kind of work do we offer? The work begins as soon as possible and ends in mid-August. There are approximately 90 hours available in three-week shifts. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of your shift and the restaurant's operational activities. Your tasks include directing customer service and sales, supervising product preparation, guiding and motivating staff, and ensuring quality and hygiene standards. The role requires the ability to act responsibly and lead a team under pressure, as Hesburger is a busy and popular restaurant! We will train you for your tasks, but previous supervisory experience and familiarity with Hesburger are considered an advantage.
