Job Description
The role involves managing portfolio sale transactions, coordinating due diligence, preparing transaction materials, monitoring milestones, and flagging risks. It also includes SLA management, data analysis, maintaining reporting tools, supporting investor outreach, preparing pitch materials, and participating in client interactions. The ideal candidate has a university degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields, with 5 years of experience in transactions, portfolio management, or financial services. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office, fluency in English and Greek, and excellent communication skills are required.
