Experienced property maintenance professional for the Haaga area of Helsinki! We are seeking an experienced property maintenance worker for our client in the Haaga area. The work sites vary, but days will primarily be spent performing traditional property maintenance tasks for apartments in the area. Tasks include both outdoor and indoor work, such as replacing taps, lamps, and filters, patching water leaks, and depending on the season, snow removal, lawn mowing, and leaf blowing including waste collection. The more comprehensive your experience in various property maintenance tasks, the more likely you are to be the person we are looking for for a long-term employment relationship. Work begins once a suitable person is found and is available for the long term. The employment starts as a leased employment relationship, but there is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door and become a permanent employee of our client company.
