Support Worker for Housing Service Unit Koskela - Sininauhasäätiö - Remote - Global

We are looking for support workers for the Housing Service Unit in Koskela, Turku. The role involves working with people in difficult life situations, helping them with various aspects of life management, and ensuring housing security. The work is based on the 'Housing First' principle, which considers housing a basic right that does not need to be earned. The job requires a social and health care qualification, such as a practical nurse degree, and experience in substance abuse, mental health work, or working with homeless people is valued. Salary is in the G21 pay scale, approximately €2476.47–€2796.04 plus shift allowances.
