The role involves advising and guiding clients, assessing service needs and functional capacity, planning and coordinating service packages, and working in a multidisciplinary team. The work is independent and responsible, supported by a skilled team. The office is centrally located in Myyrmäki with good transport links. We work in Vantaa and Kerava areas, processing applications during the application period. The group interviews are scheduled for June 15-16, and individual interviews for June 24. We offer a versatile role in the elderly home support unit, with opportunities to influence the development of support services, good tools for mobile work, and partial remote work options. The employment is permanent, starting July 1, 2026, with full-time hours, flexible working hours, and a salary of 3187.75 euros/month plus possible experience-based supplement. The role requires experience in elderly work, good interaction and cooperation skills, and proficiency in Finnish. Knowledge of the Apotti system, Swedish language skills, and coordination ability are valued. We emphasize proactive, customer-oriented, and multidisciplinary work. Interested?
