Job Description
In this role, you will handle diverse logistics tasks related to incoming and outgoing goods management and daily customer cooperation. Your daily activities include coordinating transports, preparing freight and packing labels, communicating with customers, and planning delivery schedules. Customers are located worldwide, so fluent English skills are required for phone and email communication. You will work closely with production and the packing department. You will manage the entire logistics cycle from receiving goods to shipments. As the company grows, there may be opportunities to take on more responsibilities and advance to more demanding logistics tasks. The employment contract is based on the Chemical Industry Collective Agreement. We value: Previous experience in warehouse shipping and/or receiving tasks, Fluent English skills, both spoken and written, Good IT skills and willingness to learn new systems, Experience with electronic transportation and booking systems (e.g., Unifaun, DSV, Posti, Dachser), Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment, Self-motivated, organized, and resilient work attitude.
