Job Description
The Development Manager's tasks include diverse HR expert and development duties. The Development Manager acts as an HR partner for their own department and is responsible for the comprehensive management of HR matters within the department. A specialized area for the Development Manager is competence development tasks, such as developing strategic competence management, planning staff skill development, implementing training plans, and related organizational tasks. The Development Manager is also responsible for developing and implementing internal training and onboarding at STUK, as well as other tasks related to competence and staff development. The Development Manager participates in developing procedures, content, and tools for competence management.
