Job Description
AlphaSense is looking for a Senior People Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders. The role involves shaping people strategy, driving organizational effectiveness, and managing the full talent lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, performance, promotions, and exits. The candidate will lead succession planning, high-potential programs, and leadership development. They will handle complex employee relations matters with empathy and legal rigor, ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, and drive DEI initiatives. The role requires managing change for restructuring and growth, building dashboards, and presenting data narratives to leadership. The ideal candidate has 10-12 years of HR experience, with at least 8 years as an HRBP, deep knowledge of Indian labor law, hands-on experience with HRIS and AI-enabled HR tools, and strong stakeholder management skills.
