We are looking for skilled steel structure installers to work on demanding data center projects across Finland. Job Tasks Your responsibilities will include: * Installing steel structures * Installing sandwich panels * Following construction drawings for installation and assembly * Performing measurement, preparation, and finishing tasks * Complying with safety and quality requirements on site Work is carried out in a data center environment, where precision and high safety standards are essential. What We Expect from You * Previous experience in steel structure installation * Experience with sandwich panel installation * Ability to read construction drawings * Careful and safe working attitude * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Willingness to travel to different sites across Finland * Finnish or English language skills Preferred Qualifications * Valid occupational safety card * Fire safety card * Experience with personnel lifts or cranes * Experience in industrial, logistics, or data center construction * Previous experience with complex panel and steel structure installations Contact Sihti!
