Are you a sports-loving, sales-minded person with expertise especially in cycling or cross-country skiing? We are looking for a brisk and positive salesperson for our team, for whom customer service is a matter of the heart and the world of sports feels like home. This is a fixed-term contract from 1.9.2026 to 14.3.2027, 25 h/week. The reason for the fixed term is the need for temporary labor. We are looking for a person who enjoys sales work and wants to serve customers expertly. A strong personal background in cycling and/or cross-country skiing is a key area of expertise in this position, as our sales are based on understanding how the equipment works in practice. A running hobby especially supports footwear sales. Your workday with us Everyone does everything here, and your workdays are quite fast-paced and diverse. Your day may include: - Customer service and active sales in all departments, both in sports equipment and clothing and footwear - Cashier work - Unloading and displaying goods - Taking care of the cleanliness of the store and warehouse Sometimes it is quieter and initiative is emphasized. Other times, in the rush of the season, you serve several customers at the same time. Therefore, the position requires flexibility and stress tolerance. A person who succeeds in this job: - Is happy, brisk and genuinely customer-service oriented - Enjoys sales and is result-oriented – knows how to meet the customer and close the deal - Is proactive and takes action without a separate order - Adapts to varying situations and work pace - Is able to work during all the store's opening hours We especially value: - Strong sports background in cycling and/or cross-country skiing - Interest in running - Previous experience in sales and customer service We provide orientation for the position, but practical sports experience makes you a credible and confident salesperson who can help the customer make the right purchase decision.
