GTM Project Manager - Nexthink - Remote - Global

We are looking for a hands-on GTM Project Manager to support the evolution of our go-to-market (GTM) engine powered by automation, data and AI. This role combines GTM engineering with strong project execution, focusing on implementing scalable campaign operations, improving our marketing tech stack, and contributing to GTM transformation initiatives. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations teams to build automation, streamline processes, and help scale a data-driven and efficient GTM machine. Primary Responsibilities include designing and implementing scalable campaign operations, simplifying processes, building automations with platforms like n8n, exploring new automation opportunities, leveraging AI, leading GTM transformation projects, designing and optimizing processes, maintaining workflows, identifying gaps, working with stakeholders, and managing timelines and releases. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business systems, computer science, or related field, 5+ years of experience, hands-on experience with Marketo, n8n, Zapier, SFDC CRM, and other marketing tech tools, technical mindset, interest in AI, software industry experience, fluency in English, process and system mindedness, business savviness, ownership, teamwork, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills.
