Customer Service Representative for Laundry Reception - Super Pesula Oy - Helsinki, Finland

Working at the laundry reception. The job involves handling clean and dirty laundry, marking, and reconciliation. Good physical condition is required as the employee will handle relatively heavy items, such as carpets. Customer service is provided face-to-face, by phone, email, and online. Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office programs is required, and training on the company's system will be provided. Experience in customer service or similar tasks is an advantage, but training will be provided. The work begins after a two-week training period. The position suits a versatile, detail-oriented, organized person. The job does not require machine operation or handling cleaning chemicals. Part-time work approximately 20 hours/week initially. Wage €16.50/hour, in accordance with collective agreement, with consideration of work experience.
