They are now seeking a service manager for cleaning services in healthcare facilities in the Helsinki metropolitan area. The role involves managing cleaning services where hygiene and quality impact patient safety. The manager will oversee the entire operation, make decisions under pressure, and lead a team with support from an experienced organization and clear procedures. The work is independent but supported by structured processes and onboarding.
