Guest Services Attendant position available at Northern Lights Village Pyhä! The Northern Lights Village brand was born in 2016 and since then we have opened three resorts in Finnish Lapland. About the Job We are seeking a joyful, kind, and entertaining Guest Services Attendant to join the Northern Lights Village. In this role, you will primarily be driving, assisting with luggage, guiding guests to their safari start point, and responding to various inquiries. Your charismatic character will be essential in ensuring our guests thoroughly enjoy their stay. Key Responsibilities - Greeting guests upon entering - Assisting guests with their inquiries - Driving guests to / from the airport and cabins - Helping to arrange transportation for guests - Luggage handling - Assisting guests with getting their winter gear upon arrival - Keeping the Safari House tidy Requirements - Experience as a Guest Services Attendant or a similar position - Fluent written and spoken English - Valid B drivers’ license - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team Beneficial Qualifications - First Aid Certificate - Previous experience as a wilderness guide - Knowledge of the local area - Multi-lingual capabilities - Background in hospitality service What We Offer - Opportunities for professional development and training - A positive and supportive working environment - Discounts across our properties and facilities - Salary: 2,236–2,322 €/month + applicable supplements and other compensation in accordance with the Programme Services Collective Agreement Pay, Duration and Benefits - Starts: October, Ends: March/April - Working hours: 120h/3week - Hourly pay negotiated in an interview, according to knowledge and experience - Other benefits according to the collective labor agreement - If necessary, the resort provides accommodation in a shared room for 300 € /month How to Apply Before applying, please ensure you have the right to work in Finland.
