Job Description
The daily work of a renovation salesperson is active, practical, and varied. Your task is to assess the condition of roofs and attics of small houses, make repair suggestions, and price and agree on renovations. Sales are conducted door-to-door, by phone, and at various events. You will work in attics and on roofs, so heights should not scare you. Good written and verbal communication skills in Finnish are required. The work is mostly independent, sometimes with a team member — but always with comprehensive support from the team regardless of the time of day. Working hours are 40 hours per week (weekdays, varying mornings/evenings), and daily work includes travel within approximately 50 km radius. A B-driver's license is required, and you will have access to a company car and other modern tools such as a laptop and a phone for customer visits. Once you get started in sales, we also provide ready-made customer contacts to support you. Salary Our salary model consists of a guaranteed salary plus commission, with an additional personal bonus paid quarterly. There are also regular sales competitions offering opportunities for extra income. The total salary typically ranges from ,000 to ,000, with high earnings possible in this role. The job includes a tailored, step-by-step onboarding process based on your experience level, covering company operations, effective sales techniques, necessary tools, and safety matters. After the onboarding, we provide regular training for our sales staff. We expect from you: primarily a proactive attitude and sales-mindedness previous work experience is not necessarily required.
