Construction Logistics Workers and Scaffolders – 10 Positions - Työmarkkinatori - Kouvola, Finland

Mono Rakennus Oy is recruiting 16 experienced and reliable workers for construction logistics and scaffolding duties for a project located in the Uusimaa region, Finland. The project is expected to begin at the end of Augest 2026. Open positions include Construction Logistics Workers and Scaffolders. Construction logistics duties involve receiving, unloading and checking site deliveries, transporting and distributing materials within the construction site, organising storage and delivery areas, supporting lifting and machinery operations, and assisting the site team with general logistics duties. Scaffolding duties include erection, modification and dismantling of construction scaffolding, installation of access towers, working platforms and protective structures, following scaffold drawings, plans and site instructions, checking scaffold components and maintaining safe working areas, and working at height in accordance with Finnish safety requirements. Requirements include previous experience in construction logistics or professional scaffolding, good understanding of construction-site safety, responsible, reliable and safety-oriented working attitude, good physical condition, ability to work independently and as part of a team, sufficient English skills to understand work and safety instructions, valid residence permit and right to work in Finland, and valid Finnish Occupational Safety Card before starting work. Forklift, telehandler, machinery, traffic marshal, spotter or working-at-height experience is considered an advantage. Scaffolders should have previous practical experience with scaffolding systems. Employment details include location in Uusimaa, Finland, estimated start at end of August 2026, 10 positions, full-time work, fixed-term/project-based employment (more than 12 months), salary according to Finnish collective agreement and experience.
