Your tasks As a care assistant, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team where daily life is built around teamwork. Your work includes assisting with care tasks using a rehabilitative approach and supporting residents' daily well-being. You will also participate in ensuring smooth daily routines through food and dish management, food orders and receipt, and laundry services. Additionally, you will plan and implement activity sessions together with other staff. The job allows you to utilize your skills broadly and participate in maintaining residents' quality of life.
