Job Description

We are seeking a goal-oriented and commercially strong Key Account Manager / Senior Sales Manager to join our growing team in developing and managing customer sales in international luxury travel. In this role, you will be responsible for developing key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and building long-term customer relationships within the Luxury Action Alliance brands, while also handling private travel clients of the Luxury Action brand. You will serve as an important link between clients, partners, and internal teams. The role combines strategic sales, practical customer management, and active new customer acquisition. You will work closely with sales, marketing, destination production, and operational teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience throughout the sales process.
