Experienced Project/Service Manager for Digital Projects - Solita - Solita Oy - Helsinki, Finland

Join Solita as an experienced project/service manager with expertise in leading tailored IT system deliveries. You will be at the core of our tailored software projects, influencing your role based on your passions and strengths. We work agile, developing or adapting traditional project management methods, with highly autonomous teams. We are seeking a project manager mainly from Helsinki and Tampere, but other offices are also suitable if travel is possible. Projects focus on meaningful tailored software solutions across industries, combining data, integration, cloud, and service design. You will manage critical business services in operation, their development, or new project delivery, ensuring quality, schedule, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Lead a multidisciplinary team of 5-10, collaborate with stakeholders, and build customer relationships. The fixed monthly salary is €5100-€5800. Experience in managing tailored software projects or continuous services in IT consulting is required, with knowledge of project lifecycle, team leadership, client relations, and project management methodologies.
