Job Description
As Lead Investigator EMEA for ABB’s Motion Business Area, you will oversee investigations related to integrity and HR issues across the EMEA region. Your responsibilities include managing investigations into theft, harassment, conflict of interest, substance abuse, and other workplace misconduct. You will partner with legal and HR colleagues, conduct interviews, analyze root causes, and recommend process improvements. The role requires handling sensitive data, preparing reports, and ensuring remediation actions are implemented. You will use ABB case management systems and support HR and legal teams. The position reports to the Head of Integrity for Motion and the Head of HR for Motion, with preferred locations in Italy, the Netherlands, or key ABB Motion sites in Europe. Fluency in English and experience in ethics investigations are essential.
